How to Manage Your Content Using the Schedules Feature
Schedules allows you to automate when your media or playlists appear on specific screens. It allows you schedule multiple playlist at a time.Whether you need to display a lunch menu at noon or a promotional video every Monday morning, the Scheduler gives you precise control over your digital signage and it allows you schedule multiple playlist at a time.
Follow this step-by-step guide to create and manage your schedules.
Step 1: Navigate to Display NOW Manager > Schedules

Log into the "Display NOW Manager". On the left-hand sidebar, click on Schedules.
Step 2: Create a New Schedule

Click the "+ Add Schedule" button in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select Your Screens

Before adding content, you must tell the system which screens should follow this schedule. Click the "+ Select Screens" button in the top right.

In the pop-up window, check the box next to the screen(s) you want to target.

Click "Select Screens" to confirm.
Step 4: Create a New Event

On the calendar, click on the specific day and time you want your content to present. This will open the "Create Event" sidebar where you can define your content:

Content Type: Use the dropdown to choose between "Media" (for individual files) or "Playlist" (for a collection of items). For this example i'll be using media.

Please note that you can only select one piece of media or one playlist per event.

Select and Send Content: Click the "+ Select Media" or "+ Select Playlist" button to open your library. Browse through your files, tick the box for the specific media/playlist you want to display, and click Send to Schedule.

Event Name: This will default to the media name, but you can customize it for internal tracking. You can name it what you want.
Step 5: Set Timing and Frequency

Refine when your content appears:

Start/End Date & Time: Manually adjust the hours and dates if the calendar click wasn't exact.

All-day: Toggle this if the content should run 24/7.

Repeat Event: If you want the event to occur regularly (e.g., Daily or Weekly), check this box. You can set the frequency and choose if the repetition should ever end.
Step 6: Save and Deploy

Once you have configured the event, click "Create". The event will now appear as a block on your calendar.

- Now you can easily create multiple events on your calendar to schedule different content throughout the day.
