[Media Content Set up](https://help.displaynow.io/help/media-content-set-up?hsLang=en) January 13, 2026 # How to Sync and Display PowerPoint on Your Display NOW Screens ## PowerPoint is easy to update, familiar to most teams, and perfect for creating structured, visually engaging content that stays consistent across all screens. Upload your PowerPoint to OneDrive and link it through the Display NOW Media app. Select your file, add it to a playlist, and save.
