How to Sync and Display PowerPoint on Your Display NOW Screens
PowerPoint is easy to update, familiar to most teams, and perfect for creating structured, visually engaging content that stays consistent across all screens. Upload your PowerPoint to OneDrive and link it through the Display NOW Media app. Select your file, add it to a playlist, and save. Any updates you make will automatically sync to your screens.
Step 1: Navigate to Display NOW Manager > Media App Store > Power Point.

Enter a descriptive Media name.
- Once done, click the blue "Select from office 365". This will launch an external tab.

Step 2: Sign up with Microsoft/One-drive

Sign in/sign up to your Microsoft/One-drive account.

- Click "Create or upload" and select the
.pptxfile from your computer.

- Select the relevant files and upload them to the drive.

- Once the upload is complete, the file will appear in your "My files" list. Choose and select the uploaded file.

Use the "Edit in PowerPoint" button to make changes to your media file as needed.

Step 3: Save and Publish to a Playlist
- Scroll down to the bottom and put the media in a playlist or broadcast.

- On the right panel, select the playlist you want to add the Power Point to (e.g., ppt Playlist) and click "Add to Media".

- Click the blue "Save" button at the bottom of the screen to finalize the configuration and deploy the ppt design.
