EOL / Support for Player Version 73 and below

Symptoms:

• Player is showing offline

Remediation:

• Upgrade to Version 74 or above and connectivity issues should resolve themselves.
• With that release, in-line playlist media scheduling will also become available as well as improvements to the way previews are captured.
