Fire Stick Lite Performance Issues
We know people often opt for the lowest cost option, especially when deploying at scale. Unfortunately, the Amazon Fire Stick Lite is not powerful enough to function properly and its use is not supported by Display NOW. There is often a major lag when navigating the device's own menu. We recommend using a 4K Fire TV stick if you prefer to go the Amazon route. It's well worth the slightly more expensive device to have a more reliable experience that you can rely on.
Fire Stick Video Rotation
In some cases, videos have trouble rotating on Fire TVs.
Work Around: We recommend uploading the video rotated in the orientation you desire.
