Intermittent Player Connectivity Issue (DN-650)


  • Player status not showing correctly
  • Player showing content occasionally flashes to the connected screen or the activation screen with the activated display code showing


  • From the Screens tab, hit the refresh button and content should resume playing.

Expected Remediation:

  • Version 74 of the player app should remediate connectivity issues.
  • With that release, in-line playlist media scheduling will also become available as well as improvements to the way previews are captured.
