This is especially useful for annual subscriptions, as it ensures that any changes you make to your subscription are reflected fairly in your billing, without affecting your original renewal date.

How Does It Work?

With pro-rated billing, when you add additional screens to your subscription, you are only charged for the remaining period until your next renewal. You do not receive separate invoices for these additions.

Example:

• You purchase an annual subscription in March.

• In September, you decide to add more screens to your subscription.

• Instead of creating a new invoice or resetting your renewal date, you are charged a pro-rated amount from September to March (the remaining months of your subscription).

• Your annual renewal will still occur in March, keeping all billing consistent and organized.

This ensures you pay only for the time you use additional screens, while keeping your invoices simple and easy to manage.
